It was a good experience. The only bad thing is that I tried to call the service shop twice and no one answered. I would like for them to answer the phone.
My experience was truly a great one. The service on my vehicle was finished much sooner than I expected it to be. The customer service was amazing. Even though I arrived at the service department early, I didn't expect for my vehicle to be ready before 9:00am. Thank you for the excellent customer service. .

Excellent bodywork.. however the right window was broken (timer) and I had to wait for them to fix it.. Automatic seat adjustment was making a grinding sound and I had to wait for them to fix it.. All came right in the end, but a simple check before they gave me the car would have found those deficiencies. Several technicians weren’t wearing masks. Brady and Brandy were courteous and helpful and the guy who returned the car was terrific.

When I called for an appointment it was easy .Fod assured me that they would test the battery and if it was just a battery I would be in and out .I paid a little more for the battery than I expected .I've been coming here for service a little while now ,I like the service but notice they don't offer many discount incentives .

The only issue I still have is, this 2019 truck did not come with XM Sirus radio, and I'm still having problem transferring my subscription from my former 2019 Silverado. I'm told by Sirus XM that I need a radio ID. I'm yet to have someone that can tell me how/where I get it?

I have used Herrin-Gear's service of my autos in past and was always satisfied with way I was treated and service given to my auto. Never in any of my prior experiences w/ their service department, did I get the feeling, or actually know beyond a shadow of a doubt, that service department were not being honest w/ me. If in 2015 I had brought my last auto, an "03 Saturn VUE, I may have gotten a few more years service out of it; unfortunately I took it to wrong dealership.
